We have always pursued the achievement of high quality standards at all steps of the production process and service provision.
The adoption of a Quality Management Integrated System allows us to continuously monitor the whole company activity with regard to quality, food safety, haccp, traceability, environmental protection, energy efficiency, safety and health in the workplace and social responsibility.
This Integrated System is certified according to the specific voluntary international rules and is periodically checked by external and independent supervisory bodies that certify its compliance with the abovementioned rules.

Through ISO 9001: 2008, which is applied to the entire company and to all company processes, customer satisfaction and continuous enhancement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the provided services are sought and guaranteed. Food Safety is granted through the constant application of the procedures laid down by the standards ISO 22000, UNI 10854, ISO 22005, UNI 11381.

The statement of production conformity to the EC Reg. 834/2007 guarantees the actual and correct use of raw materials coming from organic farming.
OHSAS 18001:2007 SA 8000:2014
The workers are the essential pillar of our company; for them health and safety in the workplace are protected and improved by applying the OHSAS 18001 standards. Equally important is the choice to respect social rights and to act in an absolutely transparent way according to principles of ethics and social responsibility. This happens through the adoption of SA 8000.

Our choice is to invest in development and growth, setting up or taking part in a group of limited companies or cooperatives active also in other sectors such as services to people, Green Economy and sport, with the Fiorentina Basket team.
