STEP 1

INSPECTION

Inspection of the facility by our technicians in order to collect useful data, meet the customer, verify critical issues and demands and analyze needs and expectations.

STEP 2

WORKPLAN

Technical consultancy for the drafting of the workplan needed for the performance of the required services and for the planning of all the operations aimed at achieving a predetermined quality standard.

STEP 3

OPERATIONS MANAGER

One of our manager takes charge of the customer for the planning of the commissioned service. This one will be the interface between us and the customer during the whole service.

STEP4

SELECTION OF PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

Identification of high-quality standard products and equipment to work out the commissioned service. Setting and planning of the service to achieve specific procedures able to ensure customer satisfaction.

STEP 5

DOCUMENTAL AUDIT

Implementation of the procedures and documents in compliance with legal rules (D.I.A. HACCP Self-control Manuals, Risk Assessment Documents). Drafting of all the documents and forms needed for the management according to all the quality standards and in compliance with all the certification standards held by All Foods l.l.c.

STEP 6

OPERATING AUDIT

Periodic monitoring to check customer satisfaction for the provided service. Detection of the possible critical issues and implementation of corrective actions.
